We’re happy to share that AFS Intercultural Programs India has obtained ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certification. To continue being ISO certified, the organization underwent an evaluation process where an assessment was done to check to quality management system process, a management system documentation review and audit which was very successful as no major or minor non-conformances were identified.
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system:
- when an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements,
- aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
We are proud and delighted to have the continued ISO certification. With the certification, we’re always challenging ourselves to make the organization’s processes more transparent while improving the way of the quality management system to provide better support, guidance and experience to all our stakeholders.
