“I had to wake up at 5am which was the only hard thing for me but when I went to the marathon place, I really felt energetic and amazed by seeing so many mix ages of people. It was a surprising moment for me to see such kind of people, the first thing I was wondering was it doesn’t matter if people could run or not, they made it till here and so did I.

Also when I went there, they (people) were cheering me and tried to motivate me so that I can do it. I really felt so overwhelmed with hospitality and the love I got from marathon. That makes me feel like I am some sort of a celebrity or a famous person. The management was so great and here I would personally like to thank my AFS Gandhinagar Chapter for this invitation.

I have never ever done this before in Turkey. India and the people of the India are being so helpful to me in every occasion. Once again, I’ll always be thankful for the Great Experience. Glad and motivated to see older people (also) completing 8km marathon.”
