It is an honor for us to introduce you to Brinda Somaya, who is an AFS alumnus from the batch of the ’60s. Presently, she is the Principal Architect at Somaya and Kalappa Consultants, who were also the associate architects to work upon the new designs of the TCS Campus at Andheri, Mumbai. Last week, the New York chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) declared the Tata Consultancy Services, Banyan Park as “Best in Competition” of the 2019 Design Awards, among numerous projects from across the world. She has been highly appreciated for the creative design and contemporary expression of arts and crafts which have been used to give the campus an amazing look. This is a matter of extreme pride for AFS. We congratulate her for the same and wish her all the best in all her future endeavors.
