“Ten volunteers from Vadodara participated in seedball making the activity at Xaviers Technical Institute organized by United Way of Vadodara on 21st June 2019.United Way of Vadodara is one of the major community service organizations under the umbrella of which about 100 NGOs are associated. It is working mainly on Health, Environment & Education.
Target was to prepare 5000 seedballs in half an hour by 500 volunteers present but almost 13,700 seedballs were prepared by all the volunteers participated. AFS volunteers have made 416 seedballs in half an hour. Indeed it was fun performing this activity for the first time. For AFS it’s a great initiative to start with our community service projects. Everyone enjoyed a lot remembering their childhood memories while preparing seedballs.”
