“Perfection, this was everything I dreamed about. When they say France is a beautiful country, they don’t lie. A million times it’s been said, but the food is amazing! From experience, everything from a starred restaurant aside from the ocean to snails and frog legs, to the wine, bread and cheese, the simple pasta, it is culinary perfection.
My host family – they were truly amazing. Thanks to them I can now call myself the queen of tarts (no self-praise here, they honored me with that title an amateur baker and a semi marathonist. My exchange was a perfect one. These 10 months have really brought a change into the way I look at life, taught me countless lessons.”
